When you find something you might like, make the call. Arrange to see it and maybe you'll agree on an arrangement. Below is the process you, the seller, and brookside can follow.

Mobile Home Purchase Process

1. Agree with the seller on a price and the details for your purchase of
the mobile home at Brookside.

3. When the application is accepted, we will send you a link by
email to have a credit check done that will cost approximately $50.00.
You'll just follow the link and answer a few questions.
4. We do an interview to exchange information, and get any questions answered.
5. Brookside will prepare and perform the closing with all parties present.
A mobile home sale is simple. Most are done without a lawyer present.
